I have socketed pure intellect.
Gem and enchant choises are simply explained.
100 intellect will give holy paladin:

•121 Intellect, with BoK and Divine Intellect
•1815 Mana at the start of the fight

What comes to gear Im still strugling with some items consisting
mp5 istead of crit wich I wish to replace shortly.
As being haste capped my aims are all on getting missing crit.

I have gained rival and 1930 rating. nothing fancy.

In tbc I used to raid with paladin, mage and rogue. In wotlk I started with rogue and shortly moved to paladin.
Also played all of them on arena pvp.

[3.4]Where do you feel you can improve the most when it comes to raiding (NOT gear OR experience BUT skillswise)?:
Overally, there is allways something I can do better.
I have been holy sinse vanilla wow and the basics of healing
and the target priorites come naturally very fast in a hectic sitsuations but as said before. there is allways something to improve. So my ansver is, I can do everything better day after another.

(sorry if its messy as I couldnt get into a raid grp during that time so I left the editors mode on for raidframe locations to show.
Its xperl frames but Im using grid for visual heal.

I played ultima online very much before wow was release.
Would of considered my self to a skilled player on it

I know what it contains and what I need to do for keeping my performance up. Still if someone comes and tells me another thing in mmo´s that would give the same feeling than getting new boss down I would consider swiching my goals. until that, no.
Its simply something I have allways done in wow.

I can hadle critisism with out drama.

Im calm, polite and free to annouce my opinion.
I speak good english and Im not afraid to use it.

Raid like hell for realm first´s !!

I have been raiding in very dedicated guild in tbc and in wotlk for some time before migrating here for my friends.
I know what it is to be in a hardcore guild and now im searching one. This far I have been raiding with my friends but the thing is, Im not very happy to just clear 1-2 wings of icc10 weekly when 25 raids simply give the thing im looking for in the game.

you say that you are "haste capped" at 700haste?

A Paladin isn't haste capped untill he casts he's HoL close to GCD, wich is silly ammounts of haste, but the "soft cap" is at 880 - 900.

What you should aim for is 800+ preferebly 850 ish.

And yes, as you showed when you copied text from Elitist jerks, intellect is the way to go, atleast that you got right! but having 16int gems when applying to a highend guild? Taking that as joke.
